Returns & Refunds

At this time, The Rip Ritual does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on TCG products, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For other eligible products, unopened items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and may be subject to inspection before store credit is issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Eligible online orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to the cancellation terms and fees outlined below. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

In-Stock Items

Cancellations of in-stock items are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to help cover payment-processing and order-processing costs.

Alternatively, customers may choose to receive 100% of the cancelled amount as store credit, with no cancellation fee applied.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee when the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the product's scheduled release date. Once an order enters this 7-day period, the pre-order is considered final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded to the original payment method.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for full store credit, including during the 7-day period, subject to any applicable limitations stated at the time of purchase.

Sale Items

Items purchased using a sale, promotional, or discount code are considered final sale, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange. No exceptions will be made except where required by law.
