Shipping & Handling

All orders are subject to a 1–3 business day handling period before shipment. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, holidays, high order volumes, product demand, new product releases, promotional or sale periods, or unexpected processing issues. During holidays, major product releases, and sales events, orders may take longer than usual to process and deliver.

Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping: Canada Post
Regular Shipping: Canada Post
Upgraded Shipping: UPS or Purolator

The Rip Ritual may select the carrier or service used for an order based on the shipping method purchased, destination, package size, availability, or other logistical considerations.

Due to the increasing risk of package theft, some orders may be shipped directly to a Canada Post location for customer pickup rather than delivered to the shipping address.

This may be done to help reduce the risk of theft, protect valuable products, and provide a more secure delivery option. If your order is routed to a Canada Post location, you will receive the applicable pickup information from the carrier.

Shipping Notice

Orders containing items with different release or availability dates will be shipped together once all items in the order are in stock.

If you would like to receive products as they become available, please place separate orders for items with different release dates.

The Rip Ritual does not automatically split orders into multiple shipments unless otherwise agreed or stated at checkout.
